Ready to find out how you can
prepare for your birth experience?
The process of labor and giving birth may feel very overwhelming or invoke some anxious thoughts and feelings. There are many unknowns that you may not feel equipped to navigate. It may be that the prospect of bringing home a new baby feels intimidating to you.
You're not alone. These are all very normal feelings and thoughts and can be present in your mind, even if it's not your first baby.
Childbirth is hard work; in fact, it may be some of the the hardest work a woman will ever do. It is work that requires encouragement, knowledge, empowerment, and a wonderful, attentive support team.
I tell my students and clients that the three most important things they can do to prepare for a "Happi Birth" are to choose a supportive provider, hire a doula, and take an excellent childbirth education course!
My comprehensive childbirth education course is designed to prepare you and your support team for your labor and birth experience. The goal of this course is to help empower you to make the best, most informed decisions for your labor and birth. Giving birth is personal, and so are your choices. My classes are designed to cater to your birth plan and wishes, as giving birth is not simply a "one size fits all" scenario.
In addition to supporting over 100 births as a certified labor doula over the past 8 years, I am also a certified childbirth educator, and I love helping couples prepare for this important milestone in their lives.
Classes are done privately, in the comfort of your own home, so that you can ask as many questions as you want or need and work through the topics at your own pace.
You will learn about:
